 Ninghai Shengyuan Electrical Appliance Factory is only 20km away from the renowned east Zhejiang Valley—Ninghai County, Ningbo City, and situated at the end of Xiangshan Port, Zhejiang Province, where the technology is advanced, traffic is convenient and resource is abundant. From the pure mold development in 1991 to now, the factory has developed into an enterprise integrating small household appliance design, mold development, production and distribution. The enterprise has powerful development and production capacity, as well as the complete testing methods and strict quality management system. The main products are portable washing machine, household and automotive dust collector, high-temperature disinfection steam iron brush, floor waxing machine, warm air blower, humidifier and electric drier etc. small home electric appliance series. In succession, our products have passed certifications of CCC, CE, ISO9000 and many a technology won national patents. In 2003, the sales amount of the factory headquarters reached 48 million yuan. Our products are widely sold in the large-scale supermarkets and shopping centers across the country and exported to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Southeast Asia and Occident.
The headquarters is equipped with many experienced CAD, senior engineers of Cimatron mold design and product design and a team of 15 skilled mould manufacturing technicians, many moulds won a good reputation from Japanese businessmen. The factory also owns high-precision mould manufacturing equipment, processing center, over 20 sets of fully computer-controlled injection molding machines with various models ranging from 100g to 6000g, and eight advanced appliance assembly lines. All have laid a solid foundation for our factory’s product development, manufacturing and quality management, and provided strong backup force for the development of our factory.
